Product
Development

Do you need an experienced rubber product design team? We offer the complete development service.

We’ll work in partnership with you to take specifications from technical drawings and designs, to rubber prototypes, to final manufacturing processes and production.

We are specialists in rubber product design, prototype tooling, and production tooling. We understand intrinsically, how to produce high quality custom products, thanks to our rubber compounding expertise and latex dipping experience.

Automation

We have designed and developed our highly versatile automated plant, with capacity to run for 24-hour days.

Our robotic plant and dip moulding machine can produce large volumes of dip moulded products, at a very high and repeatable quality. This facility is fully programmable allowing the accommodation of a variety of product designs and specifications.

The plant enables reduced unit costs allowing our customers to be offered the very best prices, coupled with short lead times and exceptional quality.

We work with many customers under contract manufacturing arrangements, for repeat orders of latex dipped products made by our dip moulding machine.

Quality

Precision Dippings is a British manufacturer operating to high quality standards of manufacturing, which include tensile testing and rubber testing procedures.

Our system includes documented procedures; product traceability from raw materials to final production; and regular auditing.

Pad Printing

The innovation behind our Bloccs waterproof cast protectors also saw us develop our new pad printing services, which can be colour matched.

Designed for producing branded rubber products as well as free issue component parts, our Pad Printing is applied by heat transfer and speciality inks and hardeners, suitable for all rubber dipped products.

We are able to arrange bespoke logo impression plate manufacture and colour matching facilities, as well as standard colour alternatives here onsite, meaning quicker and more cost efficient lead times.

Manufacturing

We work under contract manufacturing arrangements with many of our clients as a trusted partner, producing repeat order and custom rubber products.

Prototyping

From the drawing board up, we’ll advise and work with you to develop your new product.

We offer rapid prototyping and rapid product development as part of our complete product development services, to get your product into production as quickly as possible. Talk to us about your project and budget - we can also advise on low cost tooling options for our dipped rubber moulding process.

Our highly experienced technicians with key industry and technical knowledge are on hand to advise on the most suitable material and manufacturing processes.

We also work to short lead times from drawing to tooling, to prototyping. Our rapid response through the product development process saves crucial time and reduces overall project costs. We are able to offer a 7-day priority service for some products.
