We have designed and developed our highly versatile automated plant, with capacity to run for 24-hour days.

Our robotic plant and dip moulding machine can produce large volumes of dip moulded products, at a very high and repeatable quality. This facility is fully programmable allowing the accommodation of a variety of product designs and specifications.

The plant enables reduced unit costs allowing our customers to be offered the very best prices, coupled with short lead times and exceptional quality.

We work with many customers under contract manufacturing arrangements, for repeat orders of latex dipped products made by our dip moulding machine.
